腾讯 LIVE 开发者大会（TLC），是由腾讯直播 & NOW 直播 IVWEB 团队精心打造，致力于提升和促进全行业音视频、图像处理、大前端、信息流等领域的交流和技术创新。
大会需要一支片场为 1 分钟左右的宣传视频，要求视频内容中展示腾讯在直播技术侧能力所长和对直播行业未来的希冀展望。
Tencent LIVE Conference (TLC) is elaboratively built by Tencent LIVE & NOW LIVE IVWEB team, which is committed to improving and promoting the communication and technological innovation in audio and video, image processing, large front-end, information flow and other fields throughout the industry. The conference needs a one-minute propaganda video on the set, and requires the content of video to show tencent's strengths in live broadcasting technology and the expectation and prospect of the future of live broadcasting industry.
