“Tangible user interfaces (TUIs) provide physical form to digital information and computation, facilitating the direct manipulation of bits.”

INVISIBLE TO TANGIBLE
LARI is s a system of IOT environmental sensors provided with a tangible interface, a set of smart designer toys in which analog and digital dimensions merge: these small domestic devices come to life when moved and “speak” to the user by changing the color of their skin thanks to the use of the electrochromic technology. The user interface and the object material are seamless. The three LARI, whose name recalls the Roman lares, small idols which were in charge of the domus protection, guard the house protecting it from contemporary threats (web security, air quality, soil/water chemical composition).

D02 manages the status of your home WI-FI and the file in your cloud service. Synchronized with a private cloud server or with a service provider (Dropbox, Google Drive...), it allows you to physically manage the availability of your personal files online in the cloud.

A03 monitors the level of pollutants and particulate in the air we breathe. It detects harmful substances such as carbon msvonoxide and sulphur dioxide, warning when their concentration exceeds safety levels.
_

Measures the acidity level of soil and water. The purpose of P04 is to help the user in assessing the pH of water and soil that are used especially for potted crops in urban areas, where the concentration of pollutants can affect the conditions of growth of the plant itself.
