LinkedIn is a career oriented social media network.
It’s easy to lose yourself within the content provided by LinkedIn's current structure. Posts that are either irrelevant or outdated seem to bubble their way up to the top of the feed. This concept explores ways of improving the content, bringing up job related information, and general news to the forefront for users. The target audience here moves away from the business mindset and focuses on a younger, creative type individual.
Sometimes you have to start over.
When I started this project, it started out a simple re-skin of LinkedIn. I just rearranged the content without rethinking it's purpose. What did I really want to use LinkedIn for? What did people my age and similar profession want to see when they were browsing? I tore apart what I had previously designed and went back to the drawing board.
