Making Visual Media
Week 6 Brief - Interior Poster
Outcomes
I've created 2 interior posters. These are the first 2 (below).
concept 1.
concept 2.
Concept 2 with bleed and grid.
Class criticism:

Concept 1
- Messy - too much is going on with the text, colour and really closed in images.
- Main image with the man in the middle, feels like he becomes the centre of attention. And he shouldn't be there, or choose another image or just avoid this image.
- Consider the in between the image which are too close together, try changing up the layout a bit.
- Like how the image all relates.
- Love the colour use.
- Make sure images is office/cafe space, feels like a bit homely.

Concept 2
- Simple - like how images are to a minimum.
- Little goes a long way.
- Good Hierarchy
- Same with the images as concept 1. Use office/cafe space images.
- Title is good. Like how you used the text box fill, feels more like a title compared to concept 1.
- Colour is good.

Comment to self:
- Use more complex shapes.
- Look at other 'Office' interior posters.
I've completely changed the layout of concept 1. Used more office spaces mages from Unsplash, used the title text box fill with 50% and 70% opacity. Tried making it as simple as possible but also keeping in mind the the hierarchy, layout, colour use and text.

I've also created a portrait interior poster, to see what it would look like in portrait. You can notice I've used completely different images for each poster, just wanted to explore with the different office space images unsplash has to offer.
