Trip Brew Lab from Los Angeles is a small craft brewery that strives to be a little more experimental in their practices. Stemming from different backgrounds the owners and brewers try to challenge each other out of comfort zones and into new territory. No one ever learned something new by doing something old.
Whether that be in the recipe, brewing process or even the taproom/designing they didn't want to be conventional but they still want to be approachable.
The Changing of Times - A New England style IPA with a mixture of homegrown hops I've never heard of.
Sotto Voce means to speak in a clandestine tone as not to be overheard by lingering ears. This IPA strikes out on its own by using Riesling Grapes to balance that bitter with a little sweet.
Frail State Of Mind - A British style lager inspired by pub beers you can get around the local spots in any UK neighborhood.
I know when you're around because I know the sound of your heart - is a peach kettle sour that will have you wanting more before you've even finished the glass.
This next series are all inspired by food. A single hop single IPA, Maple flavored lager and a pastry stout.
The "Trips" series were all inspired by ingredients you don't normally find in IPAs.
Followed up by an all Gose series in the same concept.
