En plena transformación digital la forma de entender el trabajo está cambiando de forma progresiva, surgiendo así nuevas metodologías como son el smartworking. Esta se basa en dar a las personas todas las herramientas que sean necesarias para alcanzar su máximo rendimiento personal.

Bajo esta premisa se desarrollan los productos que recoge la quinta edición de Paral-lel. Siete muebles auxiliares inspirados en los nuevos significados de trabajo, haciendo que los usuarios reflexionen sobre el concepto y el espacio. Cada uno de los proyectos se asienta sobre cuatro aspectos básicos: el trabajo cooperativo, la flexibilidad horaria, la movilidad y las nuevas tecnologías. Enfocados a entornos concretos, resuelven las necesidades sugeridas de una forma inteligente y eficiente.

Given that in the middle of the digital transformation, the way in which work is understood is gradually changing, a new methodology called smartworking has appeared. This new way of work is based in giving to the employee every single tool which is necessary to achieve their maximum professional performance.

The products of the fifth Paral-lel edition are developed according to this idea. Seven auxiliar pieces of furniture inspired in new work meanings, fostering reflection about the concept and the space. The projects lay down on the four main features of smartworking: cooperation, time flexibility, mobility and new technologies. Every design focuses on a specific environment, solving the arosen necessities in an efficient and intelligent way.
