The challenge: Create an interactive website experience from HR team's documents of helpful resources, links, and advice to employees about their careers. I often tell UX teams to get me in the room early, because it's through messaging that you surface problems in the flow, redundancies, and unnecessary steps. When presented with a 7-page website sketch, I found that only 5 were really needed, and I organized the information into a logical chronology, which also helped name the nav.
