In association with Bubblegum Stuff, I illustrated a well known scene from the BBC animal documentary 'Gorillas Revisited' during which David Attenborough hangs out with two gorillas in a thick forest environment whilst presenting educational information. The objective was to produce a fascinating, colourfully playful representation of the scene for a heat changing mug. Through the pouring heat, the gorillas slowly disappear visualising our global impact on such natural habitats and ecosystems.

The gorilla layers were strategically placed above the rocks to colour their faces and illuminate their body parts providing enough detail to visualise their stance and furry texture.
