Airports all over the world rely on Flight Information Display Systems (or FIDS) to quickly and accurately communicate flight information to their passengers. Over the years, these tried-and-true systems have been used time and a time again without any improvements. 

My redesign here keeps the affordances travelers expect from a FIDS display while making it easier to find pertinent information such as gate location or flight status.
