Building user scenarios, user persona and user journey are a very important part to understand how user perceives a particular product. It is very important to empathise and get into the shoes of the user. A user journey is a visualisation of the process that a person goes through in order to accomplish a goal. For creating a user journey it is very important to understand the user goals and needs, build persona accordingly and build scenario's and most importantly understand the context.

This project shows the process of building user persona and scenario to build a successful user journey map. The entire process is of a persona who is a job hunter and wants a job change from his own job domain. It shows the users interaction with LinkedIn to search for job with having certain goals in his mind.
