This is the result of Inktober 2019. For those who are not familiar with inktober, it´s a campaign made by artists in the month of october. They take a theme and set for each day of the month a new illustration.
My theme was indigenous creatures or as non-indigenous use to say "folk". It´s important to keep in mind that most of the creatures you see here is actually real for indigenous culture in Brazil and the wise elders tells us stories of when they saw them in the forest. So it´s important to recognize that it´s not an ordinary folk creature or story, it´s also part of our culture and must be seen an appreciated with respect.
