"Loveless Lust/Lustless Love":“To Dissolve Into your Lines… To be born out of your frame”

The twin set brings the cycle of rebirth and self destruction of “a lover” to life. The bottom piece with the hanging line that says “ to dissolve into your lines” represent the lowest point of self respect of a lover, where one conforms to the destruction of the beloved, to be desired by them.The top piece, the peak, with the line “to be born out of your frame” stands for“ the rebirth”, where the baby crawling out of the womb with a muscular arm represents the act of freeing oneself from abusive energy and people and the strength it will bring with itself. Both pieces are sewn by myself.
