BBVA net cash Mobile: Bill Payment
The bank identified paying bills as one of the most common tasks small business owners perform, sometimes taking valuable time away from their business to visit a branch. Providing them with a quick and easy way to pay their bills from their mobile phone at any time, would allow them to keep their attention on their business while bringing extra value to the Bank’s business mobile app.

We followed the success of the functionality for the Persons segment improving on details to enhance the experience by testing different approaches within co-workers before taking the solution to clients, since recruiting Business Owners and visiting them for usability testing is very difficult and time consuming.
I was in charge of creating the blueprint for the interaction, in the way of User Flow and Lo-Fi wireframes, and testing the Hi-Fidelity prototype it with actual clients from the Business segment.​​​​​​​

User testing revealed that the greatest difficulty with the solution was the initial access to the payment function. The data we gathered provided us with the evidence to justify an additional improvement to the User Interface and include task buttons on the Home screen.​​​​​​​
Interviews during testing also provided insights on user needs from the Business sector that differ from the Person’s sector that were communicated to Business Development for future iterations of the service.
