Voliere Wines is a fictitious wine label situated in the Barossa Valley in South Australia. It is dedicated to producing quality craft wines for all to enjoy and cherish.

A sense of heritage is introduced through the serif logotype and illustration style, which has been modernised through the use of the transparent label. The refined, minimal bottle design is juxtaposed and complemented by the tactile paper wraps, creating a unique product, bearing a sense of place and purpose.
This identity was designed to communicate the brand’s identity and personality as a meticulously crafted product, blending old and new visual languages and methods.

The name “Voliere” comes from the German word for “aviary”, which was chosen to acknowledge the heritage of the Barossa. The aviary theme gives a sense of place to the brand and is a celebration of the beauty of native Australian birds through the meticulously drawn illustrations.
