2015
Every now and then, we all stumble while working with the wrong people, yet sometimes, those paths lead us to golden contacts. One such golden opportunity was with Aldeas SOS. My engagement began when I captured dozens of photographs for their communications materials, which also opened my eyes to the profound situations facing many children in the foundation’s special home, as well as the organization's vast dreams and goals.

The "SOS Amigo 2015" project was an exciting endeavor aimed at fundraising. Collaborating with Canal 11 and R-Media, we created anticipatory content that was both fun and fulfilling. I was involved in everything from welcoming artists at the Hotel Clarion to covering a fancy gala at the Presidential House of Honduras.

But the real hustle was at the Novacentro shopping mall. Between streaming live, covering the day-long event, and creating killer content, it was a marathon, not a sprint. Thank goodness for the team of 10 design interns from Ceutec I had the pleasure to lead—they were the real MVPs, making sure everything went off without a hitch.

Though it came with its fair share of logistical headaches, "SOS Amigo 2015" turned out to be a smash hit. Cheers to stellar connections and a toast to ditching the duds. Remember, folks, choose your contacts wisely—it can make all the difference!
