Reginella
A few days ago Giorgio Cavazzano shared an interesting article about one of his lesser-known character, Reginella (Pulcinella in french). She is a princess from under the sea, and appeared in a few Disney fumetti as a heartbreaking doomed romance with Paperino (Donald Duck). I instantly fell in love with this character (and how Disney somehow tried to sweep this affair under the rug).
I had to make a fanart of her!
Her gown and dark hair remind me of Magica De Spell, don't you think?
