Power of Thought
Power of Thought is an explainer video directed at work of Dr. Caroline Leaf and her neuroscience studies. We aim to communicate an immersed narrative about the effect that a simple thought has on the entirety of an individual; body, soul and spirit.
Living in an age of anxiety, we can all do with a clear and readjusted perspective. The concept of the explainer focuses on the choices we make in our thought life and how this shapes not only our perspectives but the health of our brains as well.
This project takes complex scientific ideas and simplifies it in a consumable way by using abstract 2D illustrations. This relates to the abstract factor thoughts have, which are visually depicted through loose strokes, textures and movement in every part of the video.
