We were fortunate enough to enter this space and develop the concept of this residence, which is located in house # 9 on Kotlyarevsky Street in Lviv. The old building was built in the 18th century and belongs to an architectural monument in our city. It is a great responsibility and a pleasure for us to work in such buildings. Before developing, thanks to the good orientation and understanding of our customers, we came up with the idea of completely reproducing the basic elements such as doors, windows, floors and to bring a light feeling of Scandinavian mid-century furniture. We expect a difficult implementation and exciting moments of transforming the space for existence and new life for our customers.
