Hotel Hemel
Wherever you go, you look forward to a memorable vacation. Hotel Hemel is where a “slice” of your dream holidays can come true. The concept of the project can be noticed in the entrance zone and lobby. Huge organic shaped beams, designed as “slices” of a big experience and crossing through the entire space, represent every visitor’s unique experience at the hotel.
The long wooden beams are made from the local trees growing in the mountains of Zlatibor. The accent color of the space is red as it is the company’s officially recognizable color. The lobby is designed as a double-height space and starting from the first floor it is possible to see the desired concept. Moving closer to the banquet hall, the concept transition is visible in the calming slices - from organic shaped ones through horizontal geometric shaped wooden slices.
The rooms design matches the local style with acoustical wall panels placed behind beds, and coziness is reflected in the local wooden materials incorporated into the design.
