Let's PRESS to impress.
We drew the Inspiration for the PRESS project/installation from the works of Slovene impressionist painters. They observed the colour combinations in nature changing under the influence of the ever-changing daylight. Their compositions were simplified and innovative, focusing on the whole rather than the details. The PRESS project is an interactive installation where people/visitors create images on screen by stopping on panels.
The following selected works are exchanging on the projection:

- Matija Jama: Bridge of the Dobra
- Rihard Jakopič: Village Motif
- Matej Sternen: Spring Sun
There are 25 interactive panels arranged on the basis, pressing on them triggers the layering of colours on the screen. The final image is obtained by pressing on every panel, no matter the sequence.
Our installation is placed in the center of Ljubljana, more precisely in front of the National Gallery of Slovenia. There are seating areas with installed speakers tat start playing soothing nature sounds when weight is detected.
