Zelus - Condominiums and Hotels is a company from São Paulo, Brazil. Operates in the area of management and professional responsibility focused on asset valuation, cost reduction , renegotiation of contracts and combating default. In addition to preventive and corrective predictive maintenance.
The main values transpired by the visual identity are safety and efficiency in a modern way. In other words, extremely fundamental characteristics for the branch of hotels. With that in mind, we seek to develop a strong and solid logo, with modern colors and a serious but modern font.

A Zelus – Condos & Hotéis é uma empresa de São Paulo, Brasil. Atua na área de gestão e sindicância profissional focada na valorização patrimonial, redução de custos, renegociação de contratos e combate à inadimplência. Além de manutenção preditiva preventiva e corretiva.
Os principais valores que a identidade visual deve passar são segurança e eficiência de forma moderna. Ou seja, características extremamente fundamentais para o ramo de condo-hotéis. Com isso em mente, buscamos desenvolver um logotipo forte e sólido, com cores modernas e uma fonte séria e formal, porém “jovem”.
Symbol and Grid System
The grid system was developed for better application and legibility of the logo, using the proportions represented. The symbol is the junction of the letter Z with a building, which represents a condominium. The stars in the signature were included to refer to the hotel industry.

A malha construtiva foi desenvolvida para melhor aplicação e legibilidade do logo, utilizando as proporções representadas. O símbolo é a junção da letra Z com um prédio, que representa um condomínio. As estrelas na assinatura foram incluídas para remeter à hotelaria.
