As a designer in H5 Property (real estate marketing company), One of my responsibilities was making showbooks for their clients, and Halstead Real Estate is one of them.
This showbook was designed for one of the properties that Halstead's team was selling, which was worth around $5,900,000 in New York City. The whole layout of the book was digitally designed by me from scratch, and the photos were taken by Halstead's photographer. The layout I created helped to introduce the luxury of Halstead's properties to the buyers, and the clean and simple design style made the book comfortable to read.
