THE CHALLENGE
Our challenge was to produce a high volume of advertising spots and infuse them with the same spirit as a real GRIT workout to inspire people to take on the GRIT challenge.
GRID LAYOUT
A consistent set of proportional grids across the entire campaign formed the backbone of the design. This purposeful layout meant the eye could track the active type, even at its most energetic.
DYNAMIC VISUAL STYLE
An array of dynamic images, deformations, pixel glitches and textures produced a vibrant visual style. From a beating 3D heart to flickering pixel glitches, our visual tookit added layers of technical detail to our compositions.
GRITTY SOUND DESIGN
We built the strong, textural sound design around recordings of a real GRIT class. The variety of rhythms worked together as a full piece or broken into smaller sections. This modular approach games us flexibility while preserving the distinctive GRIT sound.
