"Writing a poem does not change the world. Learning about new people, and understanding new people, and really feeling inspired by people that are different from you—I would like to say that that’s changing the world.” The Louder Than A Bomb Louder Than a Bomb (LTAB) project was designed in response to this need. LTAB exposes high school students and staff to the world of poetry, literature, and spoken word through creative writing techniques, teamwork, project timelines, and other fundamental critical thinking and social skills. Creative writing, spoken word, and poetry contribute to a students’ skills for the high school, the college classroom, and the working world.
