Little Sun at the Tate Modern
Little Sun approached me to help them with fundraising during Olafur Eliasson's exhibition at London's Tate Modern. The campaign focussed on a quote from Olafur – Holding hands with the sun is holding hands with the future. I worked with them on a new tote bag incorporating this concept, to be sold in the Tate Modern shop. During the exhibition opening, fundraising dinners were planned and an information card for each guest needed to make giving quick and concise. Printed on GF Smith Extract paper, recycled from old coffee cups, a cut out mirrors the bag design and adds interest when displayed on a table side by side. The bags sold out in the first weeks of the exhibition and the project has so far been featured by AIGA Eye on Design, The Design Kids and People of Print.
