In my planning process, i wanted to make a video that appealed to teens or young adults who use the internet frequently. Because the internet is such a widely used platform that almost everyone in America has access to, we often forget just how dangerous the internet can be. especially teenagers. I wanted to make a video that i wish me and some of my friends had seen in the past and could have helped us be more cautious about what we share or who we talk to online.

I used Final Cut Pro X to edit the video, and i filmed the videos on the Sony XD CAM. I also used a Lav mic and a RODE shotgun mic to capture the audio. I used a screenshot from my video for the thumbnail/cover, then used Adobe Photoshop to add text as well as make tonal adjustments to the screenshot.

During the editing process, i used Final Cut Pro X to adjust audio until it sounded how i wanted it to, i used video effects on some of the clips to help fit the mood of the video itself, and i used text that comes with Final Cut to add emphasis and importance on the words. I also found royalty/copyright free background music to use in the video to also set the mood.
