This modern contemporary home, located in Elaleni, celebrates raw materials, which helps soften the transition between built form and the precious landscape that surrounds it.
The house speaks to the architectural language of the estate with its natural materiality, floating lines and stepped façade. The design intent was to create a comfortable open plan living arrangement with great connection to outdoors. The more public living areas are located on the ground floor and open on to a private garden and pool. The family areas are situated on the first floor allowing for increased privacy and spectacular views of the surrounding natural forest canopy.
