Design Process

The user
A new type of worker, more demanding on his working conditions and above all in search of freedom, autonomy and flexibility. An interesting paradox when we know that in reality, the Freelance juggles between freedom and precariousness.

What the numbers say....

What users are saying in interview...

- Concerns related to the isolation of the home
- Concerns related to the freelancer's organization

Influencing mental well-being through design.

Competitive analysis
- Freelance platforms that promote competitiveness
and over-reactivity amplify the anxiety of this status.
- Co-working spaces are not available everywhere in the countryside.
- Office co/locations do not offer sufficient flexibility.

Imagine, prototype, propose
I started my creative thinking alone, in the form of mindmapping
and sketches, which I was already submitting to my users to get
first impressions.

Refine, specify ideas in team...

3 concepts
Very different projects have emerged from these creative reflections to improve the daily lives of anxious freelancers. After choosing one, the selected project must be validated by the target users, being legally feasible and must have a strong business model.

Would you be ready to welcome freelancers in order to potentially expand your company's network?

The product

Freespace is the idea of taking a space in which there are several places, and which sometimes has a free space. This brand must be reassuring, light and above all human.

The real value of the brand is based on its label:
Well-being guaranteed during their new work experience.
Goodspace is also a way to promote the employer brand of companies, their image.

The result

A personal, reassuring and flexible space to cowork in a new way, everywhere!
This project, still in the prototype stage, deserves to be tested
over an extended period of time.

Like carpooling or subletting apartments, this service is a habit to be anchored and developed with users. Today, the next step is to experience this way of cowork over an extended period of time to measure its personal, collective and economic impacts.
