User interviews, user researches..
Surprisingly the mobile app never had any "Reset password" feature  which generates a lot of friction with our users as they only were able to do it through the website. Implementing it with the last best practices was not difficult, but first and foremost speaking to the end users was the first step to understand their frustrations and what should be done to make the user experience smoother fo them.
