AB Agri - Managing People Programme
AB Agri needed a tool to support their ‘Managing People Programme’ so we developed a product designed to make the induction process as seamless as possible, for both parties, as well helping line managers more easily monitor and develop their new recruits.
By creating a pack specially tailored to new recruits this allowed them to completely immerse themselves in the AB Agri business from day one, giving them a comprehensive understanding of the overall structure and role of different divisions; as well as detailing the 7 AB Agri Guiding Principles to live by. The managers’ pack includes a handbook for them to work with to ensure every induction is consistently delivered. It also gave them the ability to easily track each recruit’s progress by measuring against fixed deliverables.
It was essential that the packs were fit for purpose from a functional point of view, whilst retaining the new brand style that we created, and have been implementing across all AB Agri collateral over the past few months.
