This branding and editorial project was created as an experiment to raise awareness about Asperger Syndrome. With this project I would like to inform employers about benefits to their company, when they commit to employ a person under autism spectrum in UK. I would like to inspire a change in our culture and open the audience to neurodiversity by encouraging to learn about different disabilities and stigmas attached to them.
Job Interviews are undoubtedly the greatest hurdle for any person with Asperger Syndrome to overcome. People with Asperger Syndrome may have all the right skills and experience for the job, but they simply do not come across well at an interview. First impression is crucial when trying to obtain a job, so we created a handbook for employers. The handbook would help employers prepare for the interview, as well as the person under the spectrum. Furthermore, it would help to be informed about symptoms, behavior, advantages for business and how to integrate neurodiversity into office environment.
It's not what you look at that matters - it's what you see.
