Good old Hans Brinker is a budget hostel in Amsterdam & Lisbon. They are notoriously famous for being unapologetically low in service and market themselves as ‘fairly acceptable’. Their USP is cheap and relatively decent for spending a night. They make sure customers know that they arent a luxury resort and don’t even want to be one.
