House in Pamplona | CGI
Here is another RnD project I did for fun and to play with exterior rendering techniques.
This project is based on a real one with the same name by Pereda Pérez Arquitectos in Spain.

Breakdown
Modeling :
Heavy use of Forest Pack on this one to scatter different elements (grass -trees - leaves ..etc

Few manually placed elements were used here too - don't fully rely on the machine ;)
Lighting :
For this one 2 HDRIs where used for sunset and cloudy shots.

a very subtle plane light was used for the first shot to add some gradient to the lighting from the sky.
Materials :
All materials are pretty simple with minimal tweaks to the read models materials .

The concrete material is from the oldy gold Arroway collection ..usually I add falloff glossiness too, but in this project I've skipped it .
The dribble dirt effect --exaggerated in the image below - was added using the V-Ray dirt and composite map
