A way to engage members, a pop quiz in the style of a gameshow was created to "test" Starbucks members on their knowledge of the Starbucks Rewards programme.
Members can answer as many right answers as they can within 1 minute. During this process, they will be educated on the different aspects of the rewards programme. At the end of the quiz, they will be given a sure-win prize (eg. food or drink voucher). Top 3 scorers on the leaderboard will win 1 week worth of beverages.
To launch the campaign, Teaser and Launch EDMs were sent to members, as well as Facebook and Starbucks Singapore's main website and the member's portal.
Non-members can also sign up for a Starbucks account and test their knowledge as well as learn about the rewards programme and be issued a special edition digital card upon registration.
