Perhaps this is not only a tribute to the recently deceased Chris Cornell, but to music in general. I was upset at the news of his sad goodbye, in my heart weighed all those countless hours accompanied by his voice, either with Soundgarden or later with his other projects. I wanted to do something hopeful, even fun. I imagined him in an old 2CV, accompanied by a couple of recent musical discoveries, Sharon Van Etten and Lana del Rey. I'm sure they would have had a good time on a tour.
