Vela is a mobile device designed to be located on the public areas (urban or rural squares) as a citizens meeting point. The exterior laminated wood models the textile canvas, that moves following the structural shape extending or folding as per people's requirements. The device is activated through a Social Network Event; it opens sails when a Public Call is programmed in the square.
