Vueling Innovation Lab wanted to start a conversation about how to find new procedures for solving disruptions in a way that satisfy costumers more than they currently do.
We wanted to represent the wide range of people that uses Vueling services everyday. That is why the characters we created are from different genders, ages, countries and profesional profiles.
We conceive the situations with a little cartoon like humor to draw the attention of the company to a problem which concerns thousands of people.
