Since the task was the development of housing for IT specialists, innovators, and representatives of the creative class, we discarded many of our achievements, decided not to compromise, but to create the shape that would best suit the spirit of the place. We have found a solution in which there is: structural properties, openness, and diversity. It was a creative challenge for us to find a new order in which the structure will be clear, but at the same time diverse. Here, the grid of cells is not driven into a strict rhythm, it is lively and responds both to the internal function of the apartment and to the external environment, landscape, general composition. At the same time, the maximum glazing of the cells creates the effect of lightness and transparency.
