A brand identity and album launch collateral for singer-songwriter, Darcy Windover that embodies his vintage-meets-modern musical aesthetic. 
Darcy Windover is a Canadian singer-songwriter in the roots-rock, folk and Americana genres. His music is classic, dynamic, gritty and moody yet upbeat. His latest album, Cope is his edgiest, most atmospheric work to date. It touches on themes of loss, tension, mental health and struggling to connect.

The challenge was to create a brand identity that reflects Darcy’s musical aesthetic and promotional collateral for the launch of Cope.

Classic typeface pairings and photography shots contrast with contemporary type, photo treatments and image crops. The brand palette is inspired by a range of emotions, Darcy’s vintage guitars and his Canadian (denim) tuxedos.
