We were commissioned to provide a series of routes for a homepage of a special needs school. Consideration was also given to how inner pages could work, but the job was sold on the strength of the homepage. Each route made use of different online technologies and ways of accessing content to ensure the respective site kept a fresh look and feel and the user experience was always inspiring.
Route 1 makes the boldest use of imagery. Large homepage images and clickable images on inner pages.
Route 2 draws on the vivid palette of the identity. The navigation becomes something of a paint tray and bold blocks of colour feature throughout.
Route 3 is more 'young adult' oriented and makes use of handwritten text and portrait photography supplied by the client.
