Amelia Flower was commissioned to produce a series of artworks following the story and journey of 17-year-old Amira, displaced by the war in Syria. ‘She’s a big sister to 5 siblings and has done everything to support them. In fact, family is everything for Amira, especially in times of crisis. Although she’s had to flee, she still dreams of going back to school.
