Toh — Visión y Tradición

Toh is a project designed together with artisans from Xcanchakán (Merida) as part of Visión y Tradición, an initiative from Design Week Mexico.

Visión y Tradición is a Design Week Mexico initiative that aims to generate a link between the work of designers and artisans in Mexico. During a 4-day stay, and understanding the processes, materials and context, we developed Toh, a set of decorative birds made of henequen fiber, a typical resource of the area, for Xcanchakán expand their product possibilities and market them with Taller Maya’s support.
