    A day with Athens's oldest bakery & pastry shop. Trying to capture the transition of raw material to the freshest possible products.
It takes a lot of manual work and spot on collaboration to produce over 200 different kinds of pastries every day. This has been happening since the early 1900's, using the same methods and fresh dairy products.  In this project we tried to capture everyday moments in the making as this wasn't a catalog shooting. Even though it could be considered as food photography, there was no food styling whatsoever and mostly no second takes.
