Jennifer Graham Ceramics
A reimagined identity for Jennifer Graham Ceramics that magnifies rhythm, tension and form. 

Jennifer Graham makes contemporary ceramics, represented at design stores and galleries across Canada, Currently they are marketed in a subdued manner. The challenge was to create a visual identity from a fresh perspective on the brand.  

Form is what makes the work special. The split and combined product visuals creates an interesting tension and magnifies the organic, rhythmic forms. The monogram logo further reflects this rhythm and tension. A nature-inspired, evolving colour palette serves as a lively contrast to the ceramics. 

The dynamics between delicate, textured lines (referencing textile fabric) and strong patterns, was another source of inspiration. Bold, modern type treatments contrast with a limited use of copy to reinforce the underlying minimalism of the work. 

New forms and compositions emerge in this visual system that produce a unique and memorable take on the brand.
