They need to have demonstrated to the bar, the bench, the public, and their peers that they possess qualities such as leadership, integrity, character, and professional expertise. Moreover, they must possess an extensive background in teaching, scholarship, lecturing, and/or publishing significant written pieces about workers’ compensation or similar areas of the law.
