Get ready to sweat! Get on the rowing machine, start the timer and row 100 meters as fast as you can, trying not to exceed 30 seconds. The key to burning fat paddling is speed, so we do 100-meter butt series. It is not necessary that the technique is the most correct in the world, but concentrate on pushing hard with your legs while keeping the core strong and the dorsals back and forth.

Completed those 100 meters, take a small breath of 5 seconds and attack the second exercise, in which you will work the stability of your abdomen with a slight swing.
