This is an idea that I've been experimenting with recently so it is essentially still a work in progress. The plan is to create a complete deck of playing cards where the court cards are based on modern stereotypes that are linked in some way to the 4 suit names. I did actually complete a full deck years ago but I'm in the process of reworking them so that they're more in line with my current style.

 

So this is Clubs to begin with. Initially I wanted to limit myself to one colour for these, in addition to black and white, but I might look at the colour palette again to give them a bit more punch.
