Anna Nguyen's profile

Anna Nguyen Artworks

My business card was generated in "Professional Portfolio & Design Career Preparation Class" at Mission College, Santa Clara, California
Why did I choose Graphic Design?
-I love art
-Designers use computers, and I love to work on mine.
-Research and development of the artwork, for me, is not “work”
-Always thinking to find examples
The process brings happiness:
-Always thinking to find creatively
-When the work is complete
-I appreciate the praise
-Earns me a sense of pride
Created by me in Illustrator. This is also the cover of a book in InDesign Class. I made this artwork to remember my childhood. The faces of the pair of dice can be seen through. The apples are sitting perfectly in the dish and the striped ball looks like it’s flying.
This magazine ad was generated in Graphic Design, Image and Promotion class. Using both Photoshop and Illustrator I created two shampoo bottles, for women and for men. I made the logos, bubbles and the caps match with the color of the bottles.
This picture makes me remember the souvenirs of Illustrator CS2. Each time I see it, the souvenirs of the past appear. You can tell it is not a perfect artwork, but I love it so much.
I created these works in Advanced Illustrator class. The faces of the dice are made to appear see-through.
If you did not have a breakfast, does this image make you hungry? It is only my own homework created in Illustrator class.
The piece was the final in Graphic Design and Promotion. The assignment was to create two treat package designs for cats and dogs. The dimensions of the package is also included.

Charlie Chaplin in Andy Warhol self portrait style in Illustrator class.
I composed this Steve Jobs banner in my Web Page Xhtml class, the week he passed away. The class taught me how to create effective web page design by exploring the principles of type, color, illustration and layout.
I made this collage of images with Photoshop for my husband who was in the Vietnam war. Here, it appears three dimensional with the sunshine on the poles.
Logo created in "Design Agency and Branding" class.
