2nd October marks the birth anniversaries of both Gandhiji and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri Ji. Soulful Bhajans rent the still morning air like prayers. The coming week would be marked with activities to inculcate values propagated by Gandhi Ji — non-violence and truth. A cleanliness drive would also be in practice saying NO to the use of single-use plastic and encouraging the use of biodegradable storage and bags.
