Throw & Co. Woven Blanket
Super honored to be in extraordinary company on Trevor Basset’s project, throwand.co, a collection of cotton woven throw blankets each designed by a different artist and available for a limited time each.
When asked to participate, I was curious to see how a different canvas such as a throw blanket would shift my mind when creating a concept. Wanting to borrow from the aesthetic of a warm, cozy blanket, I thought of wearing a blanket while reading next to a fireplace. This idea lead me into the contrast of warm fires and cool plants, discovery, alternative energy sources, etc.
